Stay fit and healthy. Run a decent Boston and St. George marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran to Butterfield Park from Monarch Meadows on the trail. Way warm today! I ran with Rylie, Kenzie and Alicia.
Easy 3 miles whit the girls today. I was hurting pretty bad after the run yesterday, especially in the psoas and groin. 23 minutes and nice weather again. Lifted upper body after.
Easy run with the kids.
Legs sore and I am so out of shape!
Nice afternoon. I suffered through 4 miles to the Butterfield Park and back. 7:48 pace.
