| Made it out today hoping to start the new year off right. The last 2-3 months have been rough with injuries, sickness, and a rib that keeps subluxing from coughing and sneezing. Hopefully this next year will be a good one. 2019 was a good year after I left Herriman to open Mountain Ridge. Running was decent too, other than the week before St. George when I hurt my calf and achilles.
Today was easy and more of a get out the door and cleanse the body out run. Windy and snowing, but get to be out. 8:11 ave.
