Ran late morning New Year's run with Jaren.  It was super cold, like 15 degrees and very icy and rough roads.  But it was good to get a run in and start the year off better than last.  8:18 ave

10 miles with Tim and Evan from Tim's house to the Cove and back.  7:52 ave.  Felt okay, because the pace was slower.  Tight hips from last night's sleep, and a cold morning in the 20s didn't help.  I did take off the last 1/4 at about 5:30 pace.

Cold out, probably 25 degrees.  Warmed up with Tim, but ran into Chad and he cam with us most of the way. 1.6 mile warm up. 19:11 today and 6:09 ave.  Didn't feel too bad, but definitely not in race shape and I couldn't go much faster.

Cooled down with Tim, Aubrie, and Lucy for a 1.5 mile cool down.

16 degrees this morning.  I met tim, Evan, and Hunter at Tim's house for a long run.  We ran from there up Yellow Fork, about a mile up from the Cove Pond and then back.  I ran up with with all of them, about a mile further than I wanted to, I was wanting 10 miles not 12.  Ran back with Hunter.  We were close to 8:00s out and 6:40- 6:30s back.  7:22 ave total run.
