| First run in 3 months since the Stampede. This achilles thing has been the worst ever and doesn't seem to want to get better. I went out and ran 1.5 miles on the grass at Monarch. It didn't feel horrible, but I am way out of shape. The achilles flared up after though. been a long time and I figured I can be hurt and run rather than be hurt and not. 7:52 ave

| Camped with the family up Nephi Canyon and wanted to run because it was so nice and pretty. The achilles has been sore and titgh to the point of me limping around since my last run. I spent an hour trying to get it warm and loose enough to run. I ran some with Jaren and the rest on my own, mainly around Jenkin's Flat area. Eneded up going longer because I was looking for Jaren and missed him. 8:24 ave. Limped around after most of the day, even with it compressed.

| Ran around Monarch again, and Lucy joined me for some of it. I am out of shape! I was really trying not to limp since I have been limping since Saturday morning's run. Ran 3 miles at 7:54 ave. Achilles was swelling up a bit right away after.

| Suffered through a run at Monarch today. Achilles was super tight, got so I didn't limp as much the last mile. Good to run though and get the heart rate up. 8:48, 8:26, 7:42.

| Ran around Monarch again. Achilles was still stiff and still swollen a bit, so it was slow going and took a while. 8:45 ish, 8:13, and about an 8:16. Last half mile I ran barefooted.

| Tried to run this morning with the kids around the old Daybreak route. Leg hurt the entire way. I might have also picked the wrong shoes, because I was uncomfy the whole long slow, windy, 5 miles. Took up caboose so that my girls in back didn't get lost, they still did though, 9 times! 9:38, 9:07, 8:59, 8:42, 8:17.
