First time out since Boston, about 3 weeks.  The calf wasn't bad, not 10% for sure.  the knee was fine the first mile, then it started getting tight and bugging.  went pretty slow, especially at first.  i will just keep trying to heal up.  8:04 ave

Went out on a 3 mile run again.  Knee felt weak, didn't hurt as much or get quite as tight as the last 2 months. Warmer out.  I am still congested, but overall a better run than last time.  7:37 ave

Ran this morning for 4 miles.  Felt out of shape, but the body held up better.  Knee bugged the first mile or so, but wasn't bad most of the run.  Calf was a lot better.  Knee tightned up after the run though.  7:24 ave

Took the day off work to spend with my wife since we didn't get to go anywhere for our anniversary two weeks ago.  Went out on a run and felt okay, but then the knee tightened and all of the sudden I felt a twinge in my right calf.  I stopped and then tried to run again, but it was bugging so I walked home.  This time it is the medial part of the gastroc, totally different spot, but same calf.  8:01 mile

Tried to run again.  Simlir to Monday though, first bit wasn't bad, then the knee gets tight and then the claf starts up.  Went out 1 mile and then came back.  Need to burn off energy after a disappointing State meet and rough season.  The calf was having some issues coming home.  Sore now!  I will try again on Monday or Tuesday.  7:57 ave.

Went out thi8s morning for 3 miles.  the knee got a bit stiff half way, but didn't get worse.  Nice morning and the eather is a bit cooler.  Knee was a still a bit stiff after, but I lifted legs yesterda and that could have contributed.  7:26 ave

Went out for 4 miles today late morning.  Been raining the last 3 days, which we need badly.  The knee was okay until about 1.5-2 miles and then it got a bit tight.  The rest of the run it seemed fine for the most part.  Not sure if it is up or downhill that is worse, almost seems like uphill.  7:35 ave
