Personal: I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

| Ran in the rain during the girls 3200m from BYU around the east part of campus and Provo in the rain. 7:38 ave.
My girls ended up beating Davis for their 4th staright State title and my boys pulled away from AF for the 2nd place trophy after winning the 4x400 relay at the end. Great day! Super stressful for a while.

| Deciced to try a long run. It kicked my butt, but I am glad I did it! It was a beautiful May morning! Ran the standard Memorial 10 out to the Cove, down to 6400 W and almost to Main and back. First mile was 8:20 and then in the 7:00s after that. Last 2 were sub 7:00, with the last mile at 6:25. 7:19 ave for the run

| ran the same run as on Saturday. Felt better in some ways and worse in other ways, but it sure was a beautiful morning! I ran the 1st half slowe, but then ened up running faster the 2nd half. Last 3 were 6:38, 6:38, 6:21. 7:17 ave and 24 seconds faster than Saturday.
