I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Down to Monarch over to Rosecrest after I realized that practice was there instead. Back home. 5 miles at 7:24 pace. Knee was a little sore and it was hot outside!
Ran to Rosecrest from Monarch with the boys and Chris and turned back early. I have been sick and haven't run in 2 weeks and I could feel it. Good to run again though. 7:28 ave.
