| Ran up Timp via Timponooke and back in 3:24:55. 1:56:11 to the summit. We had me, Greg, Chris, and 8 boys (Adam, Tanner, Levi, Peter, Hunter, Bracken, Taylor, and Austyn). The boys and Chris were about 10-12 min faster than I was. It was nice weather but a freezing cold wind on top! My legs were so sore yesterday from Nebo on Friday and still sore today before we started so I was glad I made it ok.
We hit a deer on the Corridor heading there going about 60 MPH, glad Greg's car held up as good as it did. I feel bad about the amount of damage though. Crazy day!

| Afternoon run out to the Cove and back from Rosecrest. Kids did a loop and I ran out 2 miles to meet them and then ran back.

| Ran with Greg down to Monarch the long way. Chris and the boys started behind us and never caught us. Greg was hurting and I dropped him for good about 7.5. The knee was stiff and at first I couldn't get going, but it loosened up. Didn't feel the foot a lot, but it was bugging a bit. I have spent the last 3 nights digging into my quads, hammy, calf, and everything else in my left leg. When I roll out it feels better, but then gets stiff all over again. The first mile was 7:30 and then the miles around the Cove were in the 7s but the other 7 miles were below 7 min pace, 6:21 being the fastest. 1:07:48 for the run.
