Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Progressive run on the trail to 6400 west and 13400 s loop. 7:49, 7:22, 6:45, 6:15, 5:50, 7:45 cool down. Hot run, but I did ok until the last mile. I think I caught a stomach bug because my tummy is wrecked! 6:58 ave
