| We were going to go to Provo to do LA Freeway, but postponed it because of the rain. I ran with Chuk, Rory, and Connor today and we did the big Herriman loop. Started off with the first two miles at 8:10 pace then picked it up. Last mile was 5:50 for me. Felt pretty good and the weather was perfect and air was nice and fresh. 1:10.01, 7:00 min ave. Just registered for the Provo Half yesterday, and unless I get time that might be my first race of the year.

| Nice afternoon for a run. I went 15 with Greg at 7;25 pace. We ran from the high school up around Butterfield Park and out around the Cove. We went up to Butterfield Canyon and ran up about 3/4 a miles and then down Bachus and 11800 S to the school. |

Ran to Monarch for practice. Ran with the kids to 6400 then I went down 13400 S. The wind was a hard north wind today and chilly, but I mostly had a cross wind. Did a mile in 5:27, recovered for a half mile, then did a half in 2:38. Felt surprisingly good. 7 Miles at sub 7:00 pace
Went home and did Leg, Back, and Ab Ripper, so it made for a pretty tough afternoon.
