| Took out stitches. Three at top two bottom. Yah not waiting 14 days. It seems that I have dissolvable stitches as there is a ball under where non dissolvable stitches were. Hard ball. Like a metal plate in harness. So can't already be scar tissues. Noticed this Sunday.

| Weepy and depressed most of day. Trigger was Troy flipping out about dogs getting out during fast collection. (He made no attempt to hold them back )snd moody Saturday night because Amber ate the chocolate butter. But said she didn't. And jar missing. Able to fast until 320 pm. Girls did great and fasted all day til. five dinner. Jenna stopped by. Then Zoe. Girls liked that.

| More pT and strength. I started Amber on a run program. Amber therapy. Then psychiatrist. New meds. Abilify 2 mg and clormipramine 25 mg lexapro weaning in two days from 40 to 30 to 20 to 10 by 6/15/22. Abilify increased 6/14 night to 4 mg. Also taking N ac. Supplement and vitamin D.

| Chiseled out tile mortar between tiles to make space for grout for like 2.5-3 hours. Where did the time go ? Troy put grout in that evening. I stayed away. Went to get free strawberries and cream at concert in park. Talked to Brooke ch. for a bit. Began watching "love on the spectrum ". So cute.
