| 2 mile jog with amber to vasa. 4 x 800s on tm. 8.9-9.2. little at 9.4 for like 0.2 miles cause i didn't know it was 9.4. right to jog after 6.9 mph. jog back to house. HOT got back like 1152 am. 9:34 pace back. amber breathing hard so slowed pace. she needs iron transfusion.
