PRs: Fleet Feet Turkey Trot 5k- 19:46;  St. George Marathon  3:07:11(2013-- coming back from the dead)  Utah Valley Marathon 2011- 3:09:13 : D  1st place Master Division, 7th Overall; Mt. Nebo 1/2 Marathon 2011- 1:19:35- 2nd Overall,  first master. Ogden Marathon 3:14  (2010); 10K 2011 Speedy Spaniard 40:47.  I have run 38 marathons: 16 St. George (1995, 2006-2019, 2024). Utah Valley (2011, 2014), Eiluj (2011), Deseret News (2015: 3:40 pacer  & 2023),  Ogden (2009, 2010), Boston (1996,2012,2014,2018, 2024)Top of Utah (1999, 2011 pacer), and SLC (2006,2015), Pocatello (3:40 pacer 2012),park city marathon 3:41:53 (2013), and Big Cottonwood pacer (2017,2018),  Nebo Marathon 340 pacer (2024)Timp trail marathon (2021) and three Ultras-Squaw Peak 51.25 miler 2010 in 12:05:27 (9th woman) and  Antelope Island  (32 miler) in  March 2011 (4th overall in 5:10:25) and in 2009.

11 min warmup peloton guy.  3x 9 min tempo.  2 min at 7:30/1min at 7:03 x 3.   3 min jog.  2 min at 7:30 1 min 2 percent. Repeat with hills going to 4 percent and 6 percent. 3 min jog.  2 min at 7:30/1 min 6:58. 2 min 1 min 6:49.  2 min 7:30/ 1 min 6:40.    Jog til 6 miles.   48:08 total time.  Then repeated 11 min warmup two more times (one extra minute as he talked about work out so 24 min warmup including the hills and pace finding.   Got to 9 miles with this.  Then last mile increased pace by 0.1 mph every min til 10 miles. Faster at end.  Like last 0.12 at 6:40 pace.  82:22 for the ten. 8:14 avg.

Bc of hurt left metatarsal from slipping while icing a week and a half ago.   Overcompensating.

4.2 up til met Jane and Kim coming back.  They went to fork.   I left af 720 am.  Them 7 am.   Very windy.   9:58/10:03/9:43/9:46 and 7:42/7:25/6:54/6:57/7:03 for last 0.4.  Achilles pretty bad.  Probs can't run tmr.  Iced with Jane and Kim. Achilles hurt all day. And now right lower back. left metatarsal  foot swollen and sore to touch.

33:40.  8:25 avg. tm at home.  Start 6 mph increase every min 0.1 mph until 8 mph. Then back down until four miles.  Achilles hurt.  But not as bad.  Left toe that I broke a month ago a lot better. So swollen last week.
