Utah Valley (2011, 2014, 2025), Eiluj (2011), Deseret News (2015: 3:40 pacer & 2023, 2025), Ogden (2009, 2010), Boston (1996,2012,2014,2018, 2024,2025)Top of Utah (1999, 2011 pacer), and SLC (2006,2015), Pocatello (3:40 pacer 2012),park city marathon 3:41:53 (2013), and Big Cottonwood pacer (2017,2018,2025), Nebo Marathon 340 pacer (2024)Timp trail marathon (2021) and three Ultras-Squaw Peak 51.25 miler 2010 in 12:05:27 (9th woman) and Antelope Island (32 miler) in March 2011 (4th overall in 5:10:25) and in 2009.
Short-Term Running Goals: 2025- Ran five marathons - 4/21 Boston 3:40, 6/7 Utah Valley 3:33, 7/24 Des News 3:41, 9/13 Big Cottonwood (pacer) 3:37, and INJURED BADLY ran SG #17 10/4 having not run since big C - 4:00:29. KNEE was giving me grief since utah valley, just before and it blew UP in Big C and had to stop running for a few months but I had signed up for Boston 2026 so here goes 2026 recovery...

| Nothing but pain all week that got better and better. But not ready for a 29 degree run in wallsburg with shorts. Pelvis froze up. Managed to make it back to car out and back 8.38 miles and back. Painfully. Took all day to recover. Pelvis messed up. 9:05 avg.

| Worsening all weekend. But afyer short hike with amber and pups loosened some. Started at 5 mph for a half mile. Then 5.5 mph another half. Then 6mph for a mile. Then 6.3 for a mile. Then 6.5-8 mph for a mile 8:39 avg. then a mile in 10:05. All 2 percent incline except 8:39 mile. It hurt but I just got through it. Lots of tendons pulling on my symphisis. And sit down bones. Lots of inflammation.

| Golf course parking lot by lone peak hs. Ran to fork bathroom and back down. 10 avg up or faster. 8 down or faster. Found the group at the fork but ran past to bathroom so ran alone until last mile with carley. 2 hours 7 min. 4 min total of stopping. Nice fall morning. Left at 913 am.

| Pelvis in pain. Bone up supplement allergy ?? Seemed to give me more pain. Has sulfa in it. 30 min. May. Be longer than three miles. Loop via 1100 north. 10:09 first mile. Ouchie. Back to north past discovery park and back home toward 1300 west.
