| First time I ran this race since 2008. Amber and Brooke (14 and 16). 730 sharp. No formal warm up just from my car to the start and back to car with race packets then again from finish to car to get phone and come back to awards. NO watch or music. Thought I was prett slow but surprised at 22:xx when rounded the track. So not too shabby overweight and running little but starting to pick it up last few weeks in prep for st george marathon. 7:24 avg pac.

| trail run with Kim and Jane. Joints all hurt. Tried to come off lexapro. Not a good idea. Came off the first day of cruise and by this week my bones hurt. was a mental run for me. so slow at end and all through run. We took a wrong turn (my mistake) and added on 1.6 miles. I walked really slow the last miles. Waded in river. That felt great. Took four hours and 20 minutes with all the stops and water. Didn't bring any waterwith me but drank from a stream.

| AF half. Tired legs. 1:40.63. Watch died at mile 3.5 when I was at 7:15 avg. Site for half says at 6.55 miles I was at 6:55 avg. NO wonder I started to walk just before mile 8 due to high heart rate. I had no idea pace but I waited til 1:40 pacer reached me and started to run. He didn't pass me until mile 10. I walked again two more times and again a very big mental run. Starting lexapro again. can't handle the trauma of no caring at all. 8:20 average for last 6.55 miles sadly.
