| 4.57 10:49 avg with walking and purposely slow jog. some twangs in left upper thigh and behind knee. hamstring better than any jogs from march 14-a few days ago and even last week trial run before mri. odd. maybe hamstring needed to burst to heal. maybe it was way too tight? handed out a few more invites, eggett, naylor, taylor on my route. potty at revere, er move. cool crisp may morning. enjoyable. amber and kyle made waffles. yum kyle in uniform, sworn in today.

| 16 miles with Callie in Saratoga Springs at 9 am. It was fun!! :D out and back on trail that I usually run with Melanie. Nice and easy. Only 5 min 15 seconds of stops. Only remember two stops. Potty and water. 9:44 avg not including stops. 2:35:51. Fastest mile 9:29. Slowest 9:56. Lots of chatting. Half a gu like fuel that she brought.
