| ran up to mouth of canyon. met kim and ran easy down. 8:38 avg. Pretty slow going up. Rained last two miles. Division 1 champs my daughter brooke's team. 9 wins. 1 loss. lots of goals scored.

| 24:15 for 5k Run of Remembrance. Ran with Amber first 0.6 miles then left her so she would not get upset. She ran 25:24. Amber is my 13 year old daughter. She has to stay in her own zone running. I ran 8:04, 7:58 and 7:29 for last mile. Last split I dont have since I kept my time running in order to time Amber's race. The course per garmin was 3.15 miles. Saw Emily from work (she quit last December). Loved talking with her and seeing her beautiful children. Brooke and Brooke ran 30:12 (they would have made it under 30 if they didn't stop at last 0.5 to piggy back into finish. They had fun!! :D.
