| des news half 1:50 pacer. Woke 330 am. So tired. Drove to Eccles stadium. Got pace sign. Bus to start. Potty line 45 min. Race at 6. Steady pace 13.1 miles. 1:48:33. Watch died at 3.55 miles so guessed where I was at. My followers were with me. They started with front of line so they were at 1:49. Easy run.

| hard to do this today due to thoughts. But got past it and ran the four tempo miles. Warm up a mile in 8:34. Then after several attempts to run 4 at 7:30 pace I got to it by 1.6 I ran til 5.6 at 7:30. It was easy. I just have some battlee going on in my head right now. Finished with the fit blast.
