| four fast (for me these days considering I have not run much at all and have put on 10 pounds of body fat, not kidding. I don't lie about this stuff, been stress eating and it has all gone to my stomach!! grrrr!!). 7:28 avg. 3 x 7:30 then last mile faster. Felt fine. Didn't feel taxed. Lots of emotions going on here! 1 % incline every time!

| 4 easy. 34:43. I think. so hard to remember things these days. Family into town after I work. Picked them up at airport. Did the impossible of fitting all the luggage into rental car I got for them. Sat in back with large piece between my legs and another on my lap between my mom's brother 75 years young and his wife. Some times I got to add humor to my life to get by. I was the only one impacted by it. Everyone else was comfortable which was my goal. I didn't really mind. Been through worse case scenarios.

| drove to saint george last night then to mesquite this am for first of six soccer games (normally only three unless you continue to quarter finals to finals etc). Troy coaches my daughter brooke's team. They won 1-0. Amber also played up to help out with subs. Second game at 330pm. Won 7-1. Brooke scored two goals. The first and the forth.

| 4 miles up Snow Canyon and back. Ran into two good friends from my first two Ragnar teams. Staci and Brooke. So good to see them and reconnect. Avg pace 8:00. Must be the nice weather and lowere elevation? Although it was quite up the first four.
