| kim drove me to mouth of canyon. ran up 2.53 miles with stopwatch (timp caves monument trail head, under construction). Pace about 9:05 avg up. Did two fast down 6:51, 6:39. Ran out of canyon up the hill. Then down. Then another quick mile about 7:00 even from fire department to past church by manila pond. again no garmin just course tooled it. ran home from there through new neighborhood. 1:16:30. 9.51 miles per course tool. So 8:02 avg.
