Rest.   Usa won Iran.   Nausea bad.   Vomiting worry cough attacks.  But cough lessening during day.  Right before bed the worst.  Only have taken ibuprofen twuce a day 600 mg. Benadryl 25 mg at night.    Tramadol x 2 all week.

Rest.   Called in.    Nausea no bueno.  Threw up twice last night.  Wanted to today.  Yuck. Cough attacks mainly at night before bed.  Gonna try gym tmr.

Gym after usa loss to Netherlands.  We made it easy for them.   Anyway ..  mile in 10:16   Started at 5.5 mph   Then 9:36   Then 9:12   Then 9:10    Started last two  at 6.2 mph   Ended about 7 mph   Or faster  probs      Turn THE HILL WORKOUT.   5.5 mph 7-14 incline x 1 min on.   Offs walk at 3 mph.  No stopping except last one at 20 seconds on.  Jumped off.  Restarted mill after catching breath for a minute.  Finished the last 40 seconds. Then the 3x 30 sevonds.  30 secs standing rest.  Nausea from  empty stomach.  Ibup Last thing on stomach last night.   Walked them jogged until another 1/2 mile.

6 miles.  Before csi plus 300 shift.  6 mph. Increase by 0.1 mph every half mile.  Last half mile increased to 7.1-8.0.  54:59.  9:10 avg.  low back achy. Mild soy bone pain.  Heart rate 180?/-190 per grip thing.  This cold I think did my cardio in.  Glad I did it though. No stopping except potty at one mile.

3 warm up in 27:25.  So 9:08 avg.  then walked two minute incline. Water.  Stretch.  Then 8 x 2 min.  7.5-8.2 mph   One min jog in between at 6.5 mph.  Started wort two min jog before the 7.5 mph.   3.1 miles 25:15.  Wanted a 5 k so ran til that.   8:08 avg.    stretched on the stretch machine. Then hydro massage.  Party at 1130 with running gals.  Salads!And socks

3 warm up. Started 6 mph. Increased every 2.5 min until 10 min so 6.6 mph. At 10 min increase to 6.7 x 4 min 6.8 x 4 min 6.9 x 3.5 min 7 mph  -8 mph until 3 miles in 26:50. 8:57 avg. then rest and stretch. This is vasa in south Jordan.  Then hill work out. 7-15 percent incline. First three at 5.5 mph. Then last 10-14 percent at 5.6 mph. 30 second ones at 5.7/5.8/5.9 mph.  Feel the heart burn. Then abs on lay down device.  Group therapy with Amber at noon right after.  Kneaders lunch.

Vasa alone.  Some quick minutes in there.  Can't remember work out.  It was hard to get motivated. I just remembered.  Lol.  0.25 at 6.6 mph.  One min rest.  6.8 x 0.25.  Same rest. Repeat total of 16 so 4 miles.   So ended at 8.1 mph.    Rest means standing there.  That's how unmotivated I was.  It was 940 am start. So dragging all day.

4 warm up easy.  First a half mile on different tm. Then moved next to Kim when she found two better together.  Then 1.5 miles.  Stop stretch.   Then a little over a mile. Then scattered jogs and pick ups.  So about 3.8-4 warnup.  Then 30 min. Two min on one min off x 10. Didnt stop.  Started at 7.5 mph /7.6/7.7/7.8/7.9/8.0/8.1/8.2/8.3/8.4-8.7 last one. One min jog between all 6.5 mph. 9:13 pace.    Felt strong but definitely tired.  Very sweaty.  3.72 miles in 30 min.  Jogged 6.3-6.7 mph until 4 miles after a five min break.   Hydro massage at vasa.  Stretch. 8:03 avg.

1.5 warmup 13:44. 9:09 avg.  1.5 more  8:56 avg.  then said let's try the hill workout at 6 mph instead of last three times 5.5 x 2 and 5.5-5.7 last one.   Was only gonna do two rotations.  7 incline 8 incline. Bit went to 12 incline. Took water break and finished.   It was hard ti start again after a break to go to heart attack zone again but stuck with it with some brief front rail holding one hand Amd one above rail.  Then the three by 30 seconds were a killer !!  Burn legs burn.  And stomach spent. But felt so accomplished! Walked five min  incline 3-5 percent 3-3.5 mph.  Hydro massage.   Walked all the walks didn't get off except when said.  1.71 for giant hill workout. The harder tm.

3 mile forever warm up varying paces 6-6.8.    Briefly like seconds faster.   Then Kim and Jane doing hill workout so did modified.  Started with 4.5 c a couple then walk then 4.5-5.0 from 10-14 percent incline. Then 5.1-5.3 for 30 seconds x 3.   Diet doctor pepper creeping into my life at work snack bar

6.7 miles no stopping. 6.1-7.3 mph. A little faster at end  60:04.  Then Kim's work out modified.  Wasn't going to do it just try it out.  9 mph. 0 incline. 30 sec    30 secs 6 mph x 2.   That was the try.  Then got water. Came back did same but for 4.  Then one min walk 3 mph.  Then 2 incline 8.5 mph.  X4.   Then walk 3 mph x 1 min.  1.15 miles  Rethink.  Bathroom.  Spray cold water over me.  Came back. 4 percent. Start with jog 6 mph. Then   8 mph. Repeat x 4.  Then one min walk. Then two 7.5 mph x30 with 6 mph jog Amd just too tired to finish.  With the extra two trial at the beginning I called it done.  This work out ends with this 6 incline and 7.5 x 4.   Hydro massage.

5 fluffy seat upright bike 21:03.  4:12 avg.  first mile 4:57.   Started very very slow.  Then half mile chill.   Then recumbent bike 5 miles. 20:33.  4:06 avg. See usually faster on upright.  That's how slow I was at upright beginning.   Level 10.   Also 0.4 jog.  Not into it. At beginng. Next to Jane.  Long rest.   Then - Lastly two on elliptical 22:12.  Yah tired all around.

Slight jog end.  Then 2 miles 18:43.  9:21 avg.  then speed play one mile. 1 min 6 mph 2 min 8 mph until a mile. 8:16 for that mile.  Then walked 0.25.  Turn 30 second x 6 mph  /30 seconds 9 mph x 4.  Stop. Min rest . Then 2 incline. 8.5 miles x 2 30/30. Stop.  Walk 0.25.
