| 6 up and back on Provo river trail from kneaders. Pretty much alone on a group run. Met a guy named Brett from pg. ran with him like two miles. We ventured the furthest to. Most turned back at mile 3. Rachelle ran back up and found me 3/4 from my finishing. So we ran together. Hamstring really bad. Back and forth with pelvis pain. It was really cold. Pace 8:39. Stop watch
