AM- Progression (Pace Control). Started with 8:31 and progressed to 7:52 to 7:22 to 6:56. Ran into Kelli and my niece Charli by the Springs pond. The rest of the run I just wanted to stay under 8 min pace and work on pacing (staying steady). Ran 7:45, 7:36, 7:45, 7:42, 7:26. 9.14 miles
AM2- Cool Down. Jog up trail to nowhere after my good workout. 1.25 miles
