I hadn't recovered as much as I was hoping. I ran an easy 4.
PM: First 2-a-day. Ran a some what relaxed 2 with a 7:10 last mile.
Another sucky sandy run with my Dad and brother. We ran some trail out by Red Cliffs. Did really well on the sandy uphills but ankle struggled on the downhills.
Ran 1 mile, got too busy with other things but wanted to say I ran. Will run more tomorrow.
AM: Wanted an easy 3 but felt ok to do 4.5
I ran a motivated 10 at a 7:58/mile pace. Really glad I could do it.
Tried doing a fartlek for 2 miles only made it 1 and a half. Great week. Looking to continually bump up the miles.
