AM- had a terrible morning after late night enchiladas. Luckily with the cooler weather I could afford getting out around 11:30. Did my own speed workout. I need to get a little more speed going. Today was a great workout but I was slower than I thought. 3 mile warm, 2 mile tempo, half recovery, 1 mile tempo, half recovery, 1/2 mile tempo, half recovery, 1/4 mile tempo, and 2.5 mile run home. 11.11 miles
