Ran more random hilly roads in Vista California with my Dad. My calves still wouldn’t let me run the hills. I’m disappointed about the calves but at least it’s not my old injury. I miss the xc team already.
AM: Heritage Park and up past the liquor store. I had the usual struggles. Boston and the crew came back for me on the steep hill. They made me feel welcomed and stuck with them the rest of the run. Soon I will overcome this nonsense. 3.70 miles
PM: Marieta’s chiropractic Dad did some work on my leg. I should have had him work on both legs. 2 slow miles in the heat of Las Vegas with Marieta. 2.01 miles
