had a great weekend helping crew a buddy racing in his eighth LOTOJA - he had a great day earning 3rd place in his category and getting a pr on a tough windy day. not bad for a 46 yr old who broke his femur a year and a half ago!
Chandra and i got out for a run in beautiful teton valley this morning on a trail that we started five miles from the hotel and paralleled an elk refuge back into town.
