I felt really good this morning. Like I did a few weeks ago and I seemed to turn back the clock again. Bouncy and my trunover was really good. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 52:52, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. I had 2.20 MP miles at 8:14, 8:13, .20 7:44. I hope these legs show up for the race on Saturday...

Cruising along Salem Canal road. legs were truning over good still so hopefully they will do the same on Saturday. My average pace was 8:38 with a total time of 39:42, upper body weights to finish up.

American Fork Half. They have changed the course since I ran it 2019 and I did NOT like it. They changed the finish as well and it sucked. I dont think I will run this one again. I felt pretty good but I hit the wall around 9 or so but I kept at it and kept the old legs a moving. Total time was 1:56:06 with an average pace was of 9:01. Its hard to believe that in 2019 I ran this race in 1:40:06... I have really slowed down. Not sure if I just didn't have the training or is old father time catching up with me.
