I'm still taking it easy, it seems to be getting better as far as walking is concerned but as soon as I start running I can still feel the pain, all though it is getting less... I was able to walk 18 holes of golf today at Hobble Creek, so 5.50 miles, with no pain but as I walk backwards I can feel it so I know its still there. It doesn't hurt to swing the golf club, which is a good thing cuz if I couldn't play golf I truly would be going crazy!!! I miss running period! Its seems like forever ago when I ran on Monday, this really sucks I just want to get better so I can maybe run SG, I'm not asking for a lot here. I shot 73 today and yesterday I shot 72 so at least I'm playing alright, I won't mention what I shot on Monday because it was the worst round of golf I have shot in a long while, since I was 10 probably. Oh well when it rains it pours, right? Later.
