It looks like I might be out longer than I thought! After yesterdays run my achillies started to get sore again and now today I'm limping again and it is hurting pretty good. Could be a month, hopefully not more than that and that takes me out of the Hobbler Half Next month;( It could mean no marathon this year too which would cause me to be very disappointed! At this point it seems like just tendonitis but I will have to see what the PT says and then go from there, I am icing dailey and trying to take it easy but  I have become very moody and my poor wife is ready to beat me. Running clears my head and helps me deal with the stresses in my life and with out that it will be very difficult for me to releave that stress, this is so frustrating!!! I'll have a better idea where I'm at when and if I can get into a PT.

Later.

I feel for you Clay and certainly understand the frustrations. Good luck figuring out what you need to do to get better and dealing with all the stresses.

Clay, you deserve a break, hope things heal quickly, hey, give it a rest, maybe a slow pace at STG, but still running. Darn, it would be nice to meet you at Hobble Creek.

Clay I know that you are irked right now, but take some time off and let it get better. Go golfing and forget about running for awhile. Let's plan a fishing trip, I'm ready for one.
