I felt really good this morning. Like I did a few weeks ago and I seemed to turn back the clock again. Bouncy and my trunover was really good. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 52:52, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups. I had 2.20 MP miles at 8:14, 8:13, .20 7:44. I hope these legs show up for the race on Saturday...
