I ran 3 miles out towards Payson via canal road, and then I had to be back at the house to help my daughter Abby get ready for young women's camp, ran into Mac on this first leg and she was doing 13 miles, amazing! I had to fight just to get 6 miles in, crazy! I was feeling really sluggish legs are still dead, after that I went another 3miles out towards the stake center and then back to my house just in time to get Abby over to the church. My little girl is growing up! She's 15 and full of attitude, but she makes me laugh I am so glad I get to be apart of her every day life, she's such a good kid!!! My average pace was 9:10, very slow like I said, HR average was 136 total time was 55:55... I will probably run tomorrow and then depending on how I feel I might take Friday off, I am just dead big time! No strength training today as I am out of time and need to get going, see ya tomorrow.

I loved reading about your daughter. Not that your running isn't important but thats awesome that you really enjoy her. She is lucky to have a dad like you.

Curtis- No problem Bro.thats what I'm here for, anytime.

Mac- Thanks. For everything that my kids have been through it truly amazes me how good they are turning out! I think that has less to do with me and says more about how good they are.

Keep working hard!
