I ran the Payson Park loop this morning via canal road, I felt pretty good but towards the end my legs started to feel really tired but it was still a good run. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 1:01:07, after the run I did my upper body weight training and then finished up with some push-ups. I didn't do any crunches as I am still trying to get my abdominal strain feeling better and it was feeling much better today so I'm hoping I'm on the road to recovery with that. See ya tomorrow.
