Pretty Little Hill Extended. I felt clunky and slow to start out but then the last 2 miles were more what I would like to see pace wise. My average pace was 9:21 with a total time of 1:06:54, I finished up with some upper body weights and some psuhups.

Payson Canyon with Bigfoot and B-Goat. Pace was a little better than last week so Hopefully each time down I will get a little better. My average pace was 8:30 with a total time of 52:54. It was a good effort.

Mini Gu Corner and back. My legs were a lot looser than normal but the strange thing is the pace didn't reflect it. Turnover wasn't bad at all. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 54:49, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. Solid workout.

I felt okay through about 10 miles and then I really hit the wall! It was a tough 3 miles. Maybe it was the heat or just I was tired. My average pace was slow at 10:07 with a total time of 2:12:53. Hopefully I will be better next week.
