Out to Payson Park and back. I alittle clunky at firt but then I seemed to lossen up pretty good. My average apce was 8:53 with a total time of 1:03:48, I had 2.20 MP Miles at 8:40, 8:24, .20 8:30. I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.
I was a little tired and tight in the legs but then on the way back they wanted to run so we did. All sub 8:30 with the lasy being 8:10. I felt like I turned back the clock and it felt really good. My average pace was 8:46 with a total time of 53:52, I finished up with some lower body weights.
Payson Park loop. I felt pretty danr good and it was a beautiful morning. I had 4 MP miles and my average pace was 8:52 with a total time of 1:03:45. I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.
Just a little run ot towards Payson and back. What a beautiful Morning. 1 MP mile at 8:25 and then my average pace was 8:57 with a total time of 47:09.
This run just Sucked! No other words to describe it... I just felt awful from the start and I'm not sure why... Most of my long runs this month have felt pretty good really.
