Out to Mini Gu and back, the old legs still felt tired from saturday but seemed to be getting better. My average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 52:45.

Hills this morning. I felt better than last week which was a good sign, My average pace was 8:13 with a total time of 52:01. I had 2 MP miles at 7:40, mostly downhill and 7:53, flat. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

Usual Saturday route, I felt petty good today. My average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 1:25:45, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. I missed a few days this week but thats okay I'll try and do better next week.
