I'd like to just run more overall. 

Be more consistent.

Stay healthy and keep running until I'm really old, and maybe get a Boston Qualify.

Out to Payson Park and than back to the house. The old legs were tired but I pushed through and jusy stayed with it the best I could. I finished up with some upper body weights and some Pushups. My average pace was 9:06 with a total time of 1:05:42, It was a beautiful morning and then tmps were perfect.

Harry's Hill down via Mt Loafer school. I had 1 MP on the downhill at 8:06 with my average pace being 9:19 with a total time of 1:07:01. I finished up with some upper and lower body weights. It was a good mixture of up hill and downhill and I felt okay just a little tired in the legs.

I was super tired this morning and the old legs were just heavy and slow... My average pace was 9:32 with a total time of 1:08:20, I finished up with some lower body weights. I'm still glad I was able to get ou and it was a beautigul morning.

Usual route down into the river bottoms and the back via canal road. Was feeling alright until the 3 or so miles and then I kinda hit a nini wall but i battled through it and got her done. My average pace was slower than usual at 9:17 with a total time of 2:20:32. Pretty good week. sworking my way towards 40 Miles.
