Stay healthy and keep running until I'm really old, and maybe get a Boston Qualify.

Out towards Payson Park and back but I cut out the rollers, head wind on the way out and then a tail wind on the way back. My average pace was 8:33 with a total time of 53:17, I had 3 MP miles at 8:05, 8:11, 8:03, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

Out towards Gu Corner and back via canal road, pace was a little slow with the quick turn around in runs. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 1:03.00 even, I finished up with some lower body weight training.

Hills, Hills, Hills... I didn't feel at all good this morning but a good grinding run is fine to, it builds charactor right. My average pace was slow at 9:11 with a total time of 1:05:37, I finished up with some upper body weight training.

I felt really good this morning, pace was comfortable and not labored at all. Best Long run pace wise since last year. My average pace was 8:22 with a total time of 2:02:29, I had 7.65 MP Miles. 8:15, 8:12, 8:21, 8:11, 8:12, 8:05, 7:53, 8:18, it was a great way to end the week. I just need to start getting a little more consistant with my weekly runs.
