| | Did my first mile since having screws in my legs. Took about 30 minutes.
| | My Stake President wants me to be able to walk 3 miles before I go back to my mission. So I went and pounded out a 5k. Not sure if I was ready. Later I watched PV at Pre-Region.

| | Did a mile in like 25 minutes, feelin better! Later I walked about another mile with a cool girl. |
| | I walked 5 miles with a ankle band thing. It gives me a lot of support! I have to have a lot of patience on these walks because they take so long. I am getting faster though. I went up foremaster and the length of it, then back to my house. Took a little over 2 hours.
In the night I had too much energy so I went out and pounded out 2 more.

| | Did a solid 5 in and around my neighborhood. Getting down to a constant 24 and below mile pace. |
| | Walked a mile with my parents down by the river where the hermit lives. |
| | Walked down the river again where I used to mile repeats on the XC team. What the heck happened? Everything is messed up. I wanted to go further but couldn't without getting my shoes wet. I still got some fun miles in. I pushed a mile under 20 minutes and it felt good because I was pushing, it was like an AT part of my walk. |
| | I did 3 miles and progressively got faster. 19 to 18 to 16 with some push on the last mile. |
| | Nice long 7.5er. I got out a little bit earlier to beat the heat. |
| |
Just a quick 2 mile loop.
| |
| | Big loop. My right leg is taking a lot more abuse than my left leg. |
| | Did a easy walking 5 but my right leg keeps tightning like crazy. Probably because it is taking the abuse for my rehabing left leg.

I hit up the trails out by the Dixie Center and Bloomington Hills area. Near the end of my walk I wanted to see if I could run at all even though my right leg is still twice as big as my left. I decided to run a 400, started out with an awkward 10 minute mile running pace. Then I got it down to about 8:30 mile pace. I decided to do 3 more 400 with short walks in between. On my last 400 I got down to a 5:45 mile pace. It was so weird running. My legs were on differen't pages and flexibility levels. I did better than I thought. I'm just glad I can say I ran a mile! It's been forever! Nice step for my future goals.

| | Walked in some more good weather. I ran 2 800s and 2 400s for a mile and a half total of running. Still felt really weird but its progress. |
| | No running today. Just a relaxed walk. |
| | Nice relaxed walk. Got a mile in 1 800, and later 2 400s. |
| | Did 2 on a treadmill barefoot (probably not a good idea). Went down to Panorama Ele. and ran a little and walked. I went with a 5 pound anchor weight on my left leg. |
| | Well I ran a total of 3 miles! I did 1.25 straight with no breaks. I was on top of Foremaster and it felt pretty good. I ran a 8:33 mile. I did 7 400s to get 3 miles in.
