Co Parenting. I ran while Marieta pushed Trey in his car. I went back and forth a lot to stay close to them. Then hit the new Wal-Mart Loop. 6.46 miles
Pushed Trey for 2 miles then added another on my own. 3.25 miles
Cold Knees. 2 mile loop with random extension. Didn't feel great. 3.34 miles
