AM 4.7 warm-up with Mark around the Dixie Center, and then ran the SG 5k that is associated with the SG Half Marathon.  Finished in about 19:56 (6:35, 6:24, 6:20, & 5:20 pace for the last .10).  Did this race to mark off one race for the runner's series to get into the marathon.  Did better than expected given my lack of training.  I didn't think I could hold 6:30 pace for the full three miles.
