| | AM Tried to run this morning on the TM. Started off by walking for about 3 min and then slowly increased the pace. Once I got the pace up to 6.0 on the TM I felt pain in the left knee, so I stopped.
Did 15 min on the rower and then 45 min on the elliptical.

| | PM 60 min on the elliptical (7.10 miles).

| | AM 40 min on the stationary bike and 16 minn (2 miles) on the elliptical.
PM 1 mile on the elliptical to warm-up. Then lifted for a bit. 1 more mile to finish things off on the elliptical to cool down a bit.

| | AM Started off walking and gradually increased the speed on the TM. Made it 1.5 miles and started feeling some slight pain in the knee, so I hopped off and did 55 min on the elliptical. 1.5 may not seem like much, but it was a good sign.

| | AM 3.25 on the TM at a slow pace. Knee seemed to get a bit stiff as I went on. Jumped on the elliptical for 25 min or 3.05 miles.

| | AM 5.65 run/walk in 60 min on the TM. This is the best the knee has felt in a couple weeks, but it got a bit sore and stiff on me towards the end and after.

| | AM .5 run/walk. The knee was painful so I hopped off the TM. 25 min on the stationary bike and then 1.75 miles on the elliptical.
PM Lifted for a bit and then did the elliptical for around 22 min (3 miles)

| | AM Ran/walked on the TM for 1.4 miles and then the knee started hurting so I lifted and then did the elliptical for 80 min.

| | 4 miles in St. George. Was suppose to run the half, but bailed cause of the knee problems. Ran the 5k cause I needed to just cross the finish line to get one more race in for the runners series. Pain for the first 2 miles, and then it felt better for the last two I ran.
Work was really busy and I had lots going on this last week, so I pretty much stayed off my knee all week. Hopefully I can get back to running soon. I feel gross.

| | AM 4.1 in 34:30 around the neighborhood. Knee felt good during the run, just weaker than the right side. It has become a bit sore/stiff since I finished about an hour ago.

| | AM Lifted for just over an hour. Knee has been sore since Wednesday, but it feels good so far today, so I will probably try and run later on today for a few miles.
