8.79 in 1:04:30 outside. This is the first run outside in about 3 weeks and it was great. Felt good. Kept a good pace. Overall pace was about 7:20/mile. Several mile were under 7:00. | Add Comment |

I'm having thoughts of maybe doing my run outside tomorrow morning. It was certainly warm enough this morning, and I beleive it is suppose to be similar tomorrow. Hopefully the wind and rain will hold off. | Add Comment |

16.17 miles in 2:16:16 Ran the whole thing outside with Mark. First time I've run this far outside in several months. It was a bit rough, probably because I lifter weights last night, and am not use to the road. In the fall time I was doing 16 miles in around 2:08; so I have some work to do.
