AM 30 min on the stationary bike, 15 on the rower and then 15 min of crossfit stuff.

AM 45 min on the stationary bike.  If people think running on a treadmill is boring, they shouldn't try a stationary bike.

AM Tried to run this morning on the TM.  Started off by walking for about 3 min and then slowly increased the pace.  Once I got the pace up to 6.0 on the TM I felt pain in the left knee, so I stopped.  

Did 15 min on the rower and then 45 min on the elliptical.

PM 60 min on the elliptical (7.10 miles).

AM 40 min on the stationary bike and 16 minn (2 miles) on the elliptical.

PM 1 mile on the elliptical to warm-up.  Then lifted for a bit.  1 more mile to finish things off on the elliptical to cool down a bit.

AM Started off walking and gradually increased the speed on the TM.  Made it 1.5 miles and started feeling some slight pain in the knee, so I hopped off and did 55 min on the elliptical.  1.5 may not seem like much, but it was a good sign.
