Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Cleanse has not been too bad yet.  I have noticed that I am lacking a lot of energy.  

Only 1 hour at the gym in the weight room.  I tried to workout like a "normal" person today instead of throwing out a 3 hour gym session.  I really feel sluggish.  I hope that tomorrow I feel a little better.

MandP weights @ West Valley Rec. Center.  That was an interesting place, to say the least.

*I had hardly any motivation to get there.  I talked myself into going about 500 times.  I finally went, and I am happy that I did!

1 hour elliptical.

Swam 1 mile!

I felt great!  RAD helped me pass the time on the elliptical, thank you so much!

MY BIRTHDAY!  I had to get a run in.  Leg hurt in about a 4 on scale of 1 to 10, it's just not healed yet.  Body could have ran another 5 miles.  Consistent Xtraining has kept me in good running form.  

30 minutes on the elliptical at the gym.

Went through the temple for the first time.  WOW!!!

Pump class.  Worked legs until the fatigued.

SKIING all day.  Black diamonds and double black diamonds.  My quads were on FIRE!!!  I think skiing is the closest I can get to the thrill of a good run, if not more.

Spin class @ Ivory Ridge with Skinny Glen.  We worked hills.  My legs were COMPLETELY fried from skiing yesterday.  Felt nice to get them burning again.

1 hour on the weights.  Did a modge podge of weights.  Ate terrible yesterday.  This week I MUST eat well.

2 big lifts in the weight room

1 hour spinning class.  The teacher's music bugs, she never changes it up so I brought my Ipod to listen to.  I hope that didn't bother her too bad.  Her workout was pretty boring too so I did my own.

10 minutes of sit ups

10 minutes of deep stretching

I was reading about the particular SF that I have.  It's a split in my Tibia (lower inside calf bone).  Sounds like that particular injury takes 8-12 weeks to heal.  I am on week 7!  At least I am on the downward slope, right?  I am still frustrated, eager to run, and ready to train hard for the Ogden Half. 

God sometimes holds us back for particular reasons.  I am not sure if I know what his reason is yet.  I am willing to take off a year of running if it is required of me.  I need to focus on listening to my body and ENJOYING what my body is capable of doing. 

Tonight I teared up when Lindsey Vonn won the gold for the downhill ski.  In the back of my mind my marathon goal was reignited.  I wish my leg would just start working now so I will be capable of achieving that goal in the not so distant future.  I have a long road ahead of me.

I went to an inspirational lecture tonight.  A 4 time Ironaman finisher told his story.  Simply Amazing.  I will do an Ironman one day, yes I will!

Spin class.  HATED it today.  I want my running back!  I wanted to yell at the teacher and rip the book out of the hands of the girl cycling across the room.  If you can read, you are not working hard enough.

1 easy mile RUNNING on the track :)

1 more easy RUNNING mile on the track. 

I needed RAD there to hold me back, but I felt so good.  Foot felt funny in a different place when I was finished.
