I went to an inspirational lecture tonight. A 4 time Ironaman finisher told his story. Simply Amazing. I will do an Ironman one day, yes I will!

Just watching the ironman's make me tired - I may have to wait 6 months or so before I feel like I could even have the motivation to do one! YOU however, could probably do one this weekend :)

On my "I want to do it before I die" list is to complete and Ironman 70.3. You can do it too!
