| HUGE WORKOUT DAY! 1 hour on the elliptical at work while I watched my dancers practice. I heard comments like, "Ruby, you are so sweaty!" "Miss Rampton you have been on that machine forever!" They were impressed...I think. Zumba MaNiA @ Westminster. SO DANG FUN! Spin class for about an hour and fifteen minutes. The gym purchased new bikes and they are black stallions! I was able to keep track of my caedance as well as my distance. LOVED the new bikes!
I joined my friend doing P90 YogaX. I was pretty impressed with this workout. I didn't mean to workout for 4 hours, it just happened that way...

| Today I decided I would do an Olympic distance Triathlon since my Tri class was canceled. 90 minutes of intense spin with Skinny Danny. 6.2 miles on the track. 40 laps in the pool with two brief stops. Chillax in the hot tub. :) It was fun to workout with Rad, even though she made fun of my hammer shorts. I don't blame her a bit.

| My run was epic. I went to find a local running group by my house, they meet at Sug House Park. I didn't miss them, but I was a little uninterested when I saw the group. I did my own workout and I was surprised with my time. 3 loops around the park on the road, which was a little change for me. Pretty sure I am getting unmotivated to get out at this time of year. I don't know exactly what is keeping me from running and eating healthy... Guess I will blame it all on the inversion. I do have two people that I get to start training soon. A gal in my ward that wants to run a half, and a guy that wants to run a 3:10 at SGM next year. I hope I can be a helpful motivator to the both of them. Life is so busy! In a week from tomorrow my dancers will put on a HUGE production. I just hope I can get all of the busy director stuff out of the way so I won't be so stressed. The dances are looking beautiful so far... Maybe that is why I am not concerned with running lately.

| Where is my motivation? Oh my goodness, I was weak today! 105 minutes in spin class. 3 miles on the track. After talking to Jeff L at the gym, I gave up and went home. Maybe next week my workouts won't be so terrible... Maybe I won't be so stressed... Probably not.

DANCE PERFORMANCE! I was incredibly happy with the way the concert turned out. I was a proud dance teacher. I came home from the concert and had an endless amount of energy, so I journeyed to the TM. 8 FAST miles. Stopped once to use the bathroom.

| Planned to get up in the morning and run but that plan failed when I couldn't wake up. Ran 8 miles in the afternoon. Ran down to Sug House Park (2 miles), 3x around the park (4 miles), then ran back up to Foothill (2 miles). 8 miles in 1 hour. I was proud of my little run. :)

| I woke up and hit the slopes!!! Perfect skiing weather. Awesome company. It was my first time skiing Park City, I managed to get myself lost a few times. I will be heading back to that resort hopefully five more times this season. Evening 'Christmas' run. I ran up to the Zoo and peaked at the lights. I ran through neighborhoods decked for the season while I listened to one of my favorite Holiday albums, The Nutcracker. It was pretty much a perfect day. :)

| I think I ran 7 miles, but I am not really sure. I ran at about 10 a.m. and the conditions were great. Merry Christmas! For Christmas I got the new Ironman GPS brick watch. I can't wait to use it! I think that thing will slow me down at least 30 seconds per mile due to it's size.
