Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Where is my motivation?  Oh my goodness, I was weak today!

105 minutes in spin class.

3 miles on the track.  After talking to Jeff L at the gym, I gave up and went home. 

Maybe next week my workouts won't be so terrible...  Maybe I won't be so stressed...  Probably not.

I hope this for myself as well. I haven't eaten today in fear of it coming up :) So, I will be there next week and we can draw on each other's motivation!

trust me, you don't want this! That said I'm having a tough time spending my 'big Saturday workout' on the couch :(

105 minutes spinning + 3 miles is a great workout when you don't feel motivated. very nice. good luck with your busy schedule. try not to stress too much! (i know, easier said than done). :)

Thanks Allie. The way I felt during my workout was the hard part. I think it's because I didn't have RAD.

I agree with Allie. 1 hour and 45 minutes is a beastload of time on the spin bike. I would be saddle sore.

Just remember... Have patience with the dancing children ;)
