| 2 miles running down 3rd to center st. Met Jeff L at 2 miles, ran with him 7 more. We kept a good pace, and I hardly stopped. Thanks for motivating me to get miles in the freezing cold Jeff. 2 miles on the track at the L center, a few reps of weights, 2 more mile on the track. Heavy meat and potatoe weight workout, abs, and stretching. Great workout!

Do you ever have an AMAZING run? I had one today!!! AP 7:22!!!! I was so proud of myself. This week has been EXTREMELY busy, hectic, stressful, and emotional. This run made my week! I never take down my split times, but today I was proud of myself. 7:23,7:19, 7:45, 7:22, 7:37, 6:52, 7:28, 7:10. That run was on my "Alpine Loop." Up Suncrest, over into Alpine a bit and back home. Flat and rolling hill terrain. Weather was absolutely perfect.
Off to the dance concert I go. I am SO nervous, a little excited too! :)

The dance concert is over. YEAH!! My students were fabulous, and I am not just saying that ;). I was a proud teacher. I think it will take me longer to recover from that performance than to recover from a marathon. They took it out of me. 1 mile on the TM at Steiny's in SLC. Lifted weights for about an hour. Went to my second job and ran around like a chicken with it's head cut off. I can't wait to run tomorrow!

| Busy day. Met Jeff L and took him on a big scenic loop of Lehi. I think the poor guy was lost. I felt like we really climbed some big hills. Good run, got really cold, my legs went numb. I need to buy some of attractive tights to run around in. I got home, changed my clothes and went straight to the slopes! Snowboarded for the first time. Extremely tiring day. Went straight from the slopes to work. Whew! Busy day.

I hate snowboarding! Give me my ski's back! My tail bone hurts so bad from today's snowboarding experience. I don't think I will snowboard ever again. I felt like there was no improvement. I will now attempt running on a TM. Only 4 miles on the TM. The tail bone actually didn't hurt when I was running. Attempted to lift. I was a mess. My tail bone would not allow me to lift anything. My arms were weak too. Bah hum bug.

4 miles on the LC track. LC was way busy this morning due to it's early closure. It was fun passing all of the walkers and joggers on the track. Lifting for about 20 mintues 4 miles on the TM. I had a really hard time pulling those last 4 miels in. ABs and stretching for about 20 minutes. MERRY CHRISTMAS! I went to buy YAKTRAX today, but I didn't know if it was really worth it? I kept asking myself if those little bad boys would get me excited about running in the snow? I didn't buy them.

The air was beautiful for snowshoeing. Crazy how it is colder in the valley than it is in the mountains. So good to be outdoors getting some Vitamin D.

2 miles before TM class. 5 miles during the class. Too tired to force another 2-3 miles out of my legs. MandP weight workout. Today I was able to squat, tail bone is feeling better. *I bought new running shoes today at a store in Alpine called, "Get Fit." All of their shoes are 50% off! Great shoes too!

5 fast miles on the track. One set of Abs and 100 push ups to follow. When it warms up a little I will go outside today. Strange comments from people at the gym today. "What are you training for, a tri or something?" "How far did you run?" and "You're an animal." I am at the gym everyday. It's only days I run on the track people notice me for some reason. 7 more miles outside with SMOOTH!! What a gorgeous day. Smooth, thank you so much for letting me come with you and Eric. It felt so nice just to relax and run.
