Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

6 miles around the 'hood.  I was planning to go longer, but I was really cold.  13 degrees and a slight chilly wind.

2 miles on the track at the LC at a quick pace.  2  miles on the TM.  One warm-up mile and one quick mile.  Lifted for about an hour.  Tailbone still is limiting my lifting capabilities.

NICE runS!!! That cold really hurt my head and made the nasal congestion worse. WAY to brave the cold! I'm still debating whether to get LC membership.
